After successfully passing all tests, Qorvo Matter suite has obtained the pre certification of Matter. The final certification of this standard will be carried out in the autumn of 2022. Customers can use this development kit compatible with the latest version of the Matter standard to innovate products with confidence.

Matter is an important new standard supported by Qorvo, Amazon, Apple, Google and other industry and technology leaders in cooperation with Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA). Matter provides a unified way to interconnect compatible devices and systems, ensuring that they are fully interoperable, open and secure. The security functions of Matter (including device certification) are fully integrated into Qorvo's development suite to achieve a seamless out of the box experience.

Qorvo's Matter compatible development suite for gateways and interconnection devices simplifies the design of the Internet of Things by combining advanced hardware and software solutions. They fully integrate Qorvo's unique ConcurrentConnect Multi Radio technology, and can simultaneously use Bluetooth low-power, Matter (Thread) and Zigbee.

Qorvo is producing a variety of devices compatible with Matter, including QPG7015M and QPG6105. The former is the world's first transceiver with real-time concurrent function, and the latter is a smart home communication controller, which provides excellent multi standard performance through a single radio. These products support seamless and synchronous network management across multiple standard protocols. Qorvo's software solution for Matter is now also available on the company's Github website.
